Zoe has been with me since she was 2 month. This will be a difficult process for me, but I recognize my lifestyle is changing. She is very energetic and will require an owner with an active lifestyle, but can enforce boundaries - something I did not do. She is accustomed to hiking, beach trips, road trips and overnight stays with friends. Loves people and dislikes other dogs - more of a fear aggression thing. A trained dog owner will be able to introduce her to other dogs.
She does have allergies and would do well in homes without carpet. Main issue for me - Zoe is territorial and jealous with boyfriends that attempt to show affection towards me. I'd like to see her with a family or a home with multiple people residing there, but not a deal breaker.
I do not believe this is the type of pet for someone needing emotional support.
