DJ was found stray.
He is a neutered microchipped UTD healthy male. He needs to lose some weight - he's a big boy.
Loudest most beautiful purr you have EVER heard. It is a church choir singing. There are videos on Mosh Pit's FB page. It's unique - it's stunning - we've never heard anything like it. Stunning eyes.
He will hide for a week after adoption - but then as he warms up - DJ has no concept of personal space. None. Like, zero. He'll be in your bed on your keyboard on your counters there is no telling this cat what to do he does whatever he wants. He is literally jumping on my keyboard as I'm typing this... He wants to be between you and your cell phone.
PROBABLY NO SMALL KIDS - BECAUSE - he likes to "love bite". You can pet him 10000 times. 10001 nope sorry too much I now nibble bite your nose. He's been with us now for months and he's fine here because we're adults and we've learned how to read him and respect his insane one sided cat boundaries. Adults would be fine - teenage kids who understand would be fine. His love bites don't break skin - but are enough that we would want to do a meet and greet with any little kids to be sure they understood DJ.
He will literally crawl in your bed, sit on you, purr like an angel sent from the sweetest heaven - then love bite your nose out of nowhere.

Because we have had DJ for months now here at the rescue, an adoption fee is not our concern. Our concern is finding the perfect home for this beautiful creature. If we find that perfect home and they would like to make a donation to the rescue, great.
