My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Molly is an adorable little 3-year-old, 10-pound Wheaton terrier mix. Molly lives in a foster home with 5 dogs and 11 cats, and she loves them all. She particularly adores the large dog in the house and follows him around every chance she gets. One of her favorite activities is to zoom back and forth across the back yard playing games of chase with the other dogs.

As a 3-year old, Molly has her manners down. She is puppy-pad trained and crate-trained. She is not particularly barky. She does not chew or destroy.

Molly loves to have foster dogmom tickle her tummy and tell her what a pretty girl she is. At night, she sleeps in the bed and loves to snuggle up against dogmom. She’s a very affectionate little girl, though she does not like to be picked up (but will tolerate it).

Molly was found as a stray. Coming out of the shelter, she was extremely reserved and skittish, but she started to warm up quickly in her foster home. She adores foster dogmom, but she takes longer to warm up to men than women.

Molly loves to be petted, and she loves tummy rubs in particular. She is fond of displaying her adorable tummy in case someone walking by might be of a mind to give it a rub.

Because of her all-round good behavior, Molly would make a great apartment dog—so long as your apartment complex has a dog park so she can socialize and play with other dogs! She would do equally well in a home. She’ll get along fine with older children. This beautiful, sweet and funny girl deserves a better life than the one she’s had to date.
