Introducing Bernard! He is a Bichon/Poodle Mix and is 6 years old but going on 2! He loves to go for walks and loves a good snuggle! He adapts well and is a great traveler. He would do best in a quiet house with no other pets or children.

He is 20 pounds, does not shed, is neutered, up to date on vaccinations and is microchiped.

Bernard does have a bite history with dogs and people. We believe that these bites are preventivable with positive behavior training. His adoptive owners will need to agree to work with a positive reinforcement dog trainer. Kitsap Animal Rescue and Education (KARE) will provide free to low cost training assistance for whomever adopts Bernard.
