Hi everyone! My name is Penny. I was surrendered to UYR because of no fault
of my own. My Mom passed away, I went to live with her daughter. She works very long hours and didn't feel it was fair to leave me home alone so long. I am adjusting to my new Foster home. My Foster Mommy will evaluate me over the next few days and get a update posted for me. I am a very sweet little girl.
