Imagine a puppy that can sit in your hand! Meet Larry who weighs in at 4 pounds. He is just a babe, at 2 months of age. He and his siblings were rescued from a hoarding situation that must have been a nightmare for them. So, his first reaction to people is to be very shy. But give him a bit of time and he will warm up. (Chihuahuas are known for loving attention).
This Chihuahua is so darn cute. Look at those ears! You can’t help but love the way they help make his face look so expressive. Add to that his alert dark brown eyes and you have an adorable looking pup. His short tan coat completes the package.
Though Larry is shy at the outset with humans, he loves to play with other dogs. His energy fluctuates between low and medium. He has become comfortable with the kids who live with him in his foster home. The more comfortable he becomes the more likely he will show his peppiness. Watch those little legs move!
This puppy still has much to learn about life. Curiosity and wonderment can all be part of his growing when he finds a family he can trust. That family will need to provide him with love and attention, as well as the right guidance as he grows and will need to have the time it requires to raise a puppy as the recommended time in a crate for a puppy is one hour per month of age so 2 hours tops.
