My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Peanut was born approx February 12, 2019, and is an adventurous, happy girl. She’s so energetic and all around happy spirited. We think she’d make a great agility dog (she learned how to clear the stairs at five weeks old!) Peanut would do best with an active family who (when she’s completed her shots) will take her on plenty of walks. Peanut loves to play tug-of-war and chase her siblings and people around. She has quite the spunky personality and has a lot to say (she loves telling stories to you when she gets excited). Peanut, her siblings, Buster and Scout, and mom, Daisy, were picked up by the shelter.

Stop by and meet our pets on SATURDAYS or if you are not able, email to arrange a convenient time to meet the pet. Adoption events are Saturday from 11 am to 3 pm at R and R Pet Lifestyle and Supply at 2780 Tapo Canyon Road, Simi Valley (SE corner of Tapo Canyon and Alamo), except holiday weekends. Please email (staff@arvsimi.org) ahead to make sure a particular pet will be at adoptions.
