RC is ready to find his forever family, and he wants them to know these 10 things about him:
1. I am a Bullmastiff, and I’m about 5 years old.
2. I CAN’T GO TO A HOME THAT DOESN’T HAVE EXTENSIVE GIANT/GUARDIAN BREED EXPERIENCE. It’s super important that my forever family understands me, and why I do the things that I do. The people at the Bullpen are very serious about this, and will not consider applications from unqualified individuals.
3. Like many dogs of my breed, I can be wary of strangers, and I need to be introduced to new people and visitors slowly. A busy house is NOT for me.
4. I have met some of the other Bullpen dogs, and I don’t mind them too much. If introduced appropriately, I think I would do well in a home that had a large, laid-back female dog (but I also wouldn’t mind being the only pet in the home).
5. Since I came to rescue, I haven’t spent much time in the company of smaller dogs, but I might be able to live in a house with medium to large sized dogs. My new family just needs to make sure we have a gradual, proper introduction.
6. I am interested in the barn cats at the sanctuary in all the wrong ways. A feline-free home would be the best fit for me.
7. I haven’t had much experience with kids, but I’m pretty sure I could live in a home with teenage children, as long as they weren’t too loud or rambunctious.
8. I love to spend time outside, eat bones, play with toys, and sleep on the bed with my foster dad!
9. I am housebroken, crate-trained, good on a leash, and I also know basic commands!
10. I am current on vaccinations, microchipped, heartworm negative, and neutered.
