Penelope aka Nelly is a warm, loving cat. Nelly was a rescue kitty and she is 3 years old. She has never been outside, but is very curious. Nelly is shy around new people but warms up quickly. Give her a good chin or belly rub and she may nibble on you a bit (gently, she is not aggressive). Loves cat toys. Great with small breed dogs.
