My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

terrier.. female. dob Sept. 2018 Dina is so sweet and so full of life. Dina is very affectionate, on the quiet side and is looking for a family to share her love with! She is a world class kisser and cuddler. She snuggles with her family, especially cuddled on her pillow...or yours for that matter. Her favourite thing now is to steal your pillow at every opportunity. If you can't find Dina, look for your pillow ! She is an easygoing pup and gets along with just about anyone! Her sister Dinka protects her, and she has become quite the little princess because of that. She is happiest when playing alongside other dogs; big or small, she loves them all! Dina still hasn't been tested with cats, but we honestly can’t imagine it being an issue. Her size also makes Dina the perfect companion for a family that lives in an apartment, as long as there is a park near by for her to socialize because she does love her furry friends. Walks are something she thoroughly enjoys as well. No Borders Animal Rescue Society (NOBARS)

We are a registered non profit society. All our dogs are vaccinated, sterilized and are fostered in homes with families.

NOBARS believes that a dog is best assessed for a new home environment by living in one!!!! Therefore we do not use kennels, but have a network of approved foster homes where our dogs can be properly assessed before being offered for rehoming. Our foster homes offer a varied range of experiences which means we can choose an appropriate foster home for each dog, but it also means our dogs are able to experience situations which are invaluable to owners looking to take on a new forever friend, such as children, cats and other dogs.
