Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Luigi is a one-year-old 9 Pound long coat Chihuahua who was born missing his front limbs. He was an owner surrender to a shelter in South Texas. Luigi is sweet and absolutely adorable if he likes you. He definitely has a bit of a Chihuahua attitude and some stranger danger he will growl an act a little ridiculous but has yet to bite anyone however I would not put it past him. Luigi needs a quiet home without hyper dogs or young children. He prefers routine and a lap. Luigi loves outdoors but also is pretty good going on his potty pad. He does like to have several beds around the house to land on. once Luigi is used to a person and his new family it would probably be wise to see if he could get used to using a cart right now he has quite an attitude about trying to get him in a cart to even see if he would use it to begin with. it only takes Luigi a day or two to warm up to new people so he is not always a butthead but he is not the best at first impressions luckly he is adorable and makes up for it with his charm once he deems you a good human.
