Poor Cupcake is homeless through no fault of her own. Her owner had to go an into assisted living facility and they would not allow him to bring Cupcake with him. She is being fostered right now, but she is having to be kept in a small room by herself because the other cats in the household are mean to her. She is a sweetheart and would make an ideal only cat for an older person.
