Nenana is about 3 months old and weighs 10 lbs. Nenana and her siblings are brown and black hound mixes. They are estimated to become medium sized dogs (50 lbs or so) when fully grown.
Even at such a young age, Nenana is learning all about life. These siblings are the sweetest pups who love people, cats, and other dogs.
As with all young pups, Nenana will need a home where she can receive lots of attention on their journey to become amazing lifelong companions. The perfect family will have the time, patience, and energy to help guide them through lots of exercise, socialization, and positive reinforcement.
All of their house training, crate training, and leash training is in process. A typical 3-month old puppy who is on a proper house training program and getting appropriate exercise and attention, should be able to be crated for about 4 hours. A young pup will need a bathroom break after eating, sleeping, and playing- with a few extra breaks in between. As they begin their leash training it’s important to note that a puppy’s growth plate doesn’t close until 12 months old on average, so a half hour stroll for a pup this age is a good amount of exercise.
A puppy is an open book, and with the right training and guidance it will become an amazing dog. If you think you have what it takes to give Nenana the life she deserves, then please read on.
The fee for adoption is $450. This includes spay/neuter, vaccinations and transport fees. Nenana is up to date on all vaccinations.
