My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Keifer! He is a "bird dog" type of mix (Pointer/Hound/Beagle) who is the perfect kid dog! He's only around 1 to 2 years old and on the smaller side at 45 lbs! We think he might have been mistreated and left behind because he didn't hunt for whoever had him before. He came to us and had been shot with buck shot in his front shoulder :( He had surgery and he is now ready for his forever home. He was sweet and gentle during the whole process with everyone and it's in his past now, you would never know he had a problem. Thankfully he made full recovery and is one of the nicest dogs you could ever meet. He is a super lover and giving hugs is his favorite, he would sit on your lap and snuggle all day if you let him. He is so gentle and loves to go on walks. During his recovery, he was pee pad trained/crate trained as he had to stay inside after his surgery so now we just put the pee pad outside and he got it! He also knows how to sit and will do anything for treats. We are so lucky to have found him in time and find him his forever home!

He is great with other dogs, any person, kids and cats too!

Baron is neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations and preventaives, heartworm treated and has a valid health certificate.
