Jewel is a smart little girl born 2/22/2019 in foster care to a homeless female cat. She is outgoing and confident. Jewel jumps in your lap when you sit, doorgreets, ankle-rubs and gives kitty kisses! She likes brushing and uses a scratching post and will even entertain herself with cat toys.
