Many of your questions may be answered here. If not, please email the listed foster parent. Sophie……ahhhh Sophie. Sophia is four years old. She weighs around 17 pounds, so is a little larger Schnauzer, but that means there is an extra pound for you to love on. She absolutely loves humans, but wants to tell all the other dogs how to do it—and what Schnauzer does not? Even if she is telling other Schnauzers. She is a beautiful black Mini. We have crate trained her, but she would appreciate a new adopter with the patience to guide her and help her—sometimes if the environment is stressful—active, loud, busy, her demonstration of stress shows with an accident. Sophie is up to date on all of her vaccinations, microchipped, on heartworm preventative, and spayed. Since she is a bossy britches and wants to tell them all how to do it and do it her way, Sophie may do best in a home as an only dog.
