My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

River has the most beautiful yellow eyes!!!
They will hypnotize you.

River is a total home run. She is affectionate, loving, very smart and silly. She loves to hang with her people. Her awesome foster mom has taught her all of the basic obedience commands and continues to work with her. River is housebroken, gets along with other dogs, cats, and loves all humans. She walks great with a head collar, rides nicely in the car and is crate trained. River has the personality of a Golden Retriever. She loves to play ball and fetch.

River lives with 2 other dogs in her foster home. She loves to initiate play with them and runs around the yard with them. She also plays by herself with her stuffed toys.

River is pretty mellow, a little shy at first but then bonds fast. She would make a wonderful family dog.
Because she loves to be with her person or family she does require a fenced yard.
