Life can be tough on dogs when things happen that they can’t control. Karen’s people got divorced and her new life just wasn’t working. Now this beautiful, loving girl is looking for a stable home where she can be a true part of the family.

Karen is between 12-18 months old, and has reached her full size of 50 lbs. She is reasonably active and playful, and gets along well with other dogs and people of all ages. She loves to spend time outdoors and a daily walk is happy, happy time for her.

Karen is learning crate training, knows how to walk calmly on a leash and will sit when asked. She had house training in her previous life, but it’s important to remember that a change like this is upsetting for a dog. It’s possible that an accident or two could happen until she settles in to her new life. She has been spayed, is up to date on all her vaccinations and is ready to go to her forever home.

The fee for adoption is $450. This includes spay/neuter, vaccinations and transport fee.
