My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Fostered in Durham, NC. You must be willing to drive here for pick up at adoption time. We do not hold or ship animals. Please make sure you are ready to take a rescue if approved. So many send in applications, get approval and soon as we call the family, they decide the timing isn't good and they need to wait a few months to a yr.

ADOPTION FEE: $350

CRIMSON is a female pure breed Great Dane. She is 88lbs of pure puppy. House trained, spayed, UTD on vaccines, rabies, microchipped, and on monthly heart worm prevention.

She LOVES people so much, will follow you around and sleep on the sofa or bed with you if allowed. She gets along with every dog we've tested her with and there was a cat in her last foster home. The cat doesn't seem to interest her after the first initial swat, LOL

Crimson rides well in the car, walks well on leash and will shower you with so much love you don't know where she finds more to give. She rarely barks, unless a complete stranger comes up while in her own territory. She is shy so she is shy as first but warms up quickly.

For her size, she can find the smallest dog bed in the house and makes herself fit, just so she can share time and space with the family.

Nice long walks, a home which is somewhat active, yet not too loud, kids to play with and follow around and a family to call her own is what she is searching.

She was an owner surrender as her family lost their home. She was well loved and cared for by them, so please don't judge. They have done what is best for her.
