Cesar has graduated from the Clarinda Correctional Facility with honors. Cesar tragically lost his mom earlier this year. He has been at CCF since March. He is a neutered, Border Collie mix, about 5 years old. He likes a quiet home, but is a very loving and polite dog. Older children would be best.
