My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lana

This beautiful 2 year old girl is a delight and has so much love to give. She is a medium energy girl who loves her walks and adores running around her yard and laying around sunning herself. Her housetraining and crate training are a work in progress but she is coming along nicely. She loves life and awakens her foster mom every morning with a toy in her mouth ready to play and start a brand new day. She is wonderful with children of any age as she is lived with a 3 month old and absolutely adores him. She gets along well with other dogs but she has not been cat tested yet. Lana loves her walks and is excellent on leash with no pulling. She does have a quiet whine when she wants attention!

Lana does have some stranger issues, she is very shy and cautious with new people and can tend to low growl when first meeting them, but this can be corrected with the proper time, introduction, and patience because and once she overcomes her fear, she opens up into a loving girl who loves belly rubs and kisses.

Lana would benefit from an active family who could walk, run and even cycle along beside her. She would be a great girl to take on adventures since she is a good traveller. Lana would do very well with another dog to teach her proper etiquette and to show her how to be an even better dog than she already is. A fenced yard would be best as she loves to be outside as much as possible. Children would be a bonus for her since she loves them so very much.

Just one look into those beautiful eyes and your heart melts. She so deserves a home where she can learn all the rules, and where she can begin to trust every person that she meets.

Lana is being fostered in the Kingston area

All APM dogs come neutered/spayed, UTD on vaccinations and microchipped.

BREED DISCLAIMER: We are never sure of the breed of our dogs since they arrive off the streets or shelters. It is a guess only!
