DANIEL is a LOVABLE LYNX POINT SIAMESE MIX. He is approximately 2 years old, weighs 7.6 pounds, is neutered, current on vaccinations, micro-chipped and has his claws. Daniel was taken in by a very caring individual who helps kitties in need in Indiana and then transferred to SPCR.
Did I say this boy is lovable. Daniel is very outgoing, likes to meet new people and will actively seek out pets from everyone and likes to get up close to rub his cheeks on yours. At night he will snuggle in next to you. Let’s not forget how he loves to play too! Bring out a wand toy and this boy is all in! He will also entertain himself with small toys and balls that he bats about, as well as keeping track of the birds and chipmunks or bunnies outside while laying in the cat towers in his foster room. His litter box and scratch-post use is 100%.
Daniel currently shares his foster room with a couple other cats and does well with them as they are laid back and allow him to be the center of attention. He could be an only cat too, but because he is a loving, social boy he would need a family who would be home often to give him the attention he seeks. A family that was always on the go even after the work/school day was over or gone on weekends would not be a good fit for Daniel. Although his foster home does not have a dog, we believe, given a proper introduction that he would probably be okay with one that has been around confident cats before. We know he would be great with respectful, older children (7 yrs old and above) that would play and give him lots of love too.
