My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Percy was selected to go to a rescue but failed his veterinary exam by testing positive for heartworms and coming down with kennel cough. Poor Percy was unable to go because of this and we presently don't have the funds to treat his heartworms and start him on his next life adventure.


Percy is a delightful dog that loves attention but is quiet...meaning he is not a barker. His little squatty body is adorable.


Currently he is getting over his kennel cough but the heartworm treatment requires much more then we can give him right now. If you can help us fund his treatment we would be so grateful.
