Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Name: Tessa
Breed: Rottweiler
Born: 2004
Sex: Female
Good with other animals: Female dogs are not her favorite. A male companion is recommended.
Tessa is a good looking female Rottweiler. She followed some folks home from their walk and they kept her awhile but Tessa suffered from separation anxiety and was constantly tearing up the blinds. She is fully house trained and is now crate trained. The crate training seems to have alleviated the separation anxiety. Unfortunately, when Tessa was a young pup, someone may have kicked her very harshly in the front leg or shoulder as she now limps on that leg. It has been fully checked by a vet who can see nothing wrong and suspects it to be nerve damage more than anything else. But don’t be fooled, her leg doesn't slow her down one bit! She can run with the best of them, though she tires more easily. She would be a great companion for someone looking for a loyal and affectionate canine. When she is in her crate, she appears to be cat aggressive. However, outside the crate, she is not interested in them at all.
