Here's what the humans have to say about me:
AHHHHh handsome Gianni!!!!
This poor guy found himself on death row after coming in as a stray . . . . it wasn't his fault, the shelter was no place for a dude like Gianni, and kennel stress was starting to set in . . . .
Gianni is affectionate and playful and full of love. He was found as a stray in the city of San Jose.
Just two months ago, Gianni was a dog who feared traffic and noises and people and dogs. He has turned into a delightful, mostly confident dog who enjoys working obedience and running and learning.
Gianni is looking for a strict handler with the eye and care of a good coach who expects progress, but understands that trust must be built through a lifetime of clear leadership and guidance.
Because of an amazing donor, we were able to put Gianni through an intensive 3-week board and train program (valued at over $3,5000) to help make him the best K9 citizen he can be!!
Anyone lucky enough to adopt Gianni will be the better ones for it!
