Charlie was dropped out in a very nice lady's yard and she fell in love with him. However, her husband has COPD and is allergic to cats and they cannot keep Charlie. He is a very loving boy who loves attention.Charlie is up to date on all vaccines an tested negative on combo test. He is also neutered and ready for a new home!
