My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jax is a handsome tuxedo waiting for the forever home he so desperately needs. Jax is an incredibly affectionate cat who openly accepts any love that comes his way - immediately rolling over to expose his belly for some rubs or pawing at your arm as you walk away so you come back and him some more attention. Jax loves lounging in sunny spots, curling up for a nap on the couch, or hanging out on the cat shelves.

Unfortunately Jax does not like other cats, which means being in a foster home is not the ideal place for this sweet boy. He has done okay with our dog, but she doesn't interact with the cats much- a more curious dog may not be a good fit. It's imperative we find Jax his forever home - while he loves humans, the number of cats we have coming through our doors is surely stressful and I'd never want him to decline because of that.

Jax is around 4 years old, neutered, FiV/FeLv negative, vaccinated, and microchipped.

We are in Philadelphia PA but do accept out of state applications as long as you are able to come to Philadelphia to complete the adoption. The adoption application is at https://forms.gle/wSrNYGH4v6TM2P6j6
