Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Charlie is a rescue dog with a really big heart. He is 6 years old. I have had him since he was about 6 months and he has been nothing but loving to me. My personal situation has changed after going through a break up and now living on my own in an apartment instead of a house. Charlie may have been abused by a man as a puppy because he takes a while to warm up to men. His reactions are all fear driven, not aggression-based. He gets acquainted with new people best outside of the house on hikes or at the park. This is a very difficult decision for me and I will miss Charlie so much. I am really praying that I can find the perfect home for Charlie that maybe consists of only women, or a heterosexual couple with a man that is amazing with dogs (and no children), that wants to help Charlie have a better life and has less strangers in the home.
