ASHA

We have a beautiful new girl with Lone Star.... meet Asha. She is a Labrador/ Weimaraner mix, which is often called a "silver Lab". Asha is about 3 or 4 yours old and 71 lbs.

True to her heritage, she loves to play fetch and splash in water! Right now, we are working on Asha's pretty grey coat. She has a very, very fine, velvety coat, not the double coat that a Lab should have. This might be normal for her.... just think, a Lab without all of that shedding and hair blowing around to clean up! She is perfectly happy and healthy, just a little different. Asha is very sociable with people and loves attention.

Asha is crate trained and house trained. She loves to play fetch and splash in the dog pond in her foster home. She gets along very nicely with the other dogs that she romps and plays with. She even shares her toys and balls. She should be a very good companion to kids that are used to big dogs and are at least 8 years old.
