Hi! My name is Mariah. Let’s get to know each other!
Here are some of my hobbies:
1) Reenacting the jump scene from Dirty Dancing. Foster mom says it’s really just me launching myself at her and expecting her to catch me. Foster mom obviously doesn’t understand dance or Dirty Dancing. You should always be ready to reenact it. Always.
2) What foster mom refers to as my involvement in the temperance movement. You knock over one bottle of bourbon while reenacting Dirty Dancing and you end up with the nick name Susan B. Anthony. What can I say? I like to climb and jump. I’m a cat!

Here are some other things about me:

Boundaries and personal space. Boundaries? You mean how we are bound to snuggle?! Personal space? Isn’t that the space that you and I will purr-sonally share? Foster mom refers to me as determinedly affectionate. She also says that in a former life I was probably a parrot. I like to hang out on people’s shoulders. Spoiler alert: I love to snuggle and I don’t believe in this personal space nonsense. Nobody puts Baby in a corner!

I have played with kids a few times and it was AWESOME! They were cool with my running and climbing and jumping. They even liked it when I rubbed my face all over their face. It was great.
