My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Ames and I want to talk to you about my forever family. I would like to be adopted by a family of acrobats because I am an acro-cat. My dream is to one day perform with Cirque du Soleil. I’m currently in training to achieve my dream. Foster mom says that’s a nice way of saying I get in trouble for climbing the curtains. Clearly, my forever home needs to have lots of acceptable cat climbing places.

I would also love my forever home to have house plants. I love to lay on, dig in and chew up house plants. They are just so much fun! Foster mom says I shouldn’t be around house plants but then buys me cat grass! Talk about sending me a mixed message!

Oooo! I would also love my forever home to have boxes. I love boxes! They are so much fun to climb in and nap in. honestly, there is nothing like a box nap. They are so relaxing. I also love ice cubes, the frozen water kind. Not the rapper kind, although he’s good too. If there are ice cubes in a glass, my paw is going in it!

After a hard day training for Cirque du Soleil, I like to snuggle. I also like a good belly rub. And not one of those fake out attack your hand belly rubs; a real belly rub just like a dog. I also like dogs and kids. They are super fun!

What I don’t like is being picked up. I don’t need to be carried. I’ve got four legs and they all work really well. Just ask the curtains!

If you are a family of acrobats who live in a greenhouse that is also a box store and have an ice maker, then fill out an application because we are made for each other.
