Meet Stephen!

This mega-sweet, fun, goofy guy is looking for his forever family! He walks very well on a leash, and he is eager to please his people.

He was found wandering the streets in Bartow County, GA, and brought to Animal Control, where he was given just a few days to live. In that facility, all dogs are euthanized on a weekly basis unless a rescue organization agrees to "pull" them, and give them a second chance at life. When we saw this beautiful boy, and learned of his dire predicament, we knew we had to take action.

Although Stephen's story is a very sad one thus far, he takes it all in stride and greets everyone he meets with enthusiastic joy! We intend to make sure that he gets the "happily-ever-after" that he deserves!

Stephen is about 9 months old, and weighs about 48 lbs. Not only does he have a wonderful temperament; he is also extremely intelligent. He likes other dogs, and he's SUPER affectionate with people.
