Meet Fred & Ginger!
This brother and sister duo are looking for a home together! TheyThey are 1 year old "Potcakes" who traveled all the way from Haiti for a loving home!
Ginger is such a happy girl! She is curious, loves to play with toys, snuggle on the couch, and always seems to have a twinkle in her eyes. She was found on the streets with her brother Fred, hungry and searching for food. A wonderful couple would come and feed them everyday but soon enough fell in love with them and took them home! They helped give these pups the foundation they needed to live inside a home and make great pets. The funded their flights to RI and even flew with them to make sure they had a comfortable transition into the States. We can not wait for the day these two find their FOREVER home! Haiti is the poorest country on this hemisphere. People survive on an average of $2 a day. The locals don't have much to give but scrape the bottom of their pans to the stray dogs wandering the streets. That's how the island dogs got their name, Potcakes! Potcakes are known to make very smart, loyal, and loving pets. They generally for to be between 40-55 lbs with a lean physique.
