Chiko, a 4 year old, male Chi was surrendered to the rescue with his best friend Taco Joe when one of his owners had to go into a nursing home. Chiko & Taco Joe are a bit frightened of their new environment but at least they have each other. Owner reported no behavioral issues and stated they would potty outside or inside on papers.
