Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Delhi is a rescue who came from Gangeung, Korea. There are many dogs who get abandoned in this region during spring to summer time where people start on their vacations to this area. Most of them are not neutered nor spayed, and abandoned dog populations soar, and sadly many of them get euthanized. Delhi is one of the lucky guys, and his life was spared because he was rescued by one of our volunteers. He is as sweet as can be..he is always smiling when he sees you. He is playful, eager to learn, and very friendly. Did you see his tail wagging so fast?? We strongly recommend that all rescued dogs go through a basic obedience training, because we believe it's a good way to form a bonding relationship and trust between people and their furry companion. Other than that, he received a clean bill of health from the vet, and he is ready to be adopted!
We believe people who adopt rescue animals because they are willing to accept a bit of imperfection, and willing to embrace, work/ train and love them no matter what baggage the animal had in the past. It can be challenging, but extremely rewarding. We have seen amazing transformation in our adopted dogs who have been with loving families, and it is our goal to provide all of them with the opportunity. We are at our happiest when we see photos of our adopted animals smile with the new adoptive family, and we hope to find Delhi a loving family who would do the same.

*NOTE* We have a 30-mile radius limit from Fairfax, VA for adoption. We require a completed application & home check to adopt. An adoption fee of $600 applies. All dogs are spay/neutered and have all shots prior to adoption. Thank you!
