My story

Woof woof! Hello! My name is Anna. I'm a 14 year old shih tzu and I am a sweetheart through and through. I love to snuggle—on the couch, the bed—wherever my people are, that's where I want to be! I'm very gentle and I love kids and other dogs. I'd probably be OK with cats, too!

I was very neglected in my last home. Physically, I'm doing so much better, but I still have dry eye that needs to be treated. Dry eye is common in shih tzus and is treated with eye drops twice a day. I'm very patient when getting my medication. I am also working on getting housebroken. I'm making good progress, but I'm not all the way there yet. I'm hoping to find a kind, patient new owner who will work with me. I promise to repay you tenfold with cuddles!
