Doesn't she just warm your heart? Maddie is a 4 year old Labrador Retriever mix ready to snuggle up with her new furr-ever family! Sadly, her previous owners could no longer keep her due to her having arthritis and could not afford her anymore. All this sweet girl needs is lots of! Maddie is very sweet, well-behaved, calm, loving, and easy-going. Her previous owners said she does great with other large breed dogs and okay with smaller dogs. They also said she adores children and does great around cats! However, she will need to be in a home without any horses or other big animals! Maddie does know some tricks as well, such as, "sit, shake, down, come, and stay." Her most favorite toy is a pig squeaky toy! She LOVES it!! She is house trained, but she may need some time to adjust to her new homes potty routine. She is also crate trained! Maddie's new family will need to be aware that she does have early arthritis due to a previous injury. With daily walks, it will definitely help her build some muscle up and could help her in the long run! Also, with daily dosages of joint supplements will help her as well! Miss Maddie is current on her vaccines, microchipped, heartworm negative, and spayed! Come meet this ever so sweet gal at the Waggin' Tails Adoption Center in Benbrook; we're open everyday from 12-6 p.m.
