Super sweet and affectionate young adult boy needs foster or adoptive home. Several months ago neighbor left him to fend for himself. Another senior neighbor has been caring for him, but cannot keep him permanently.

Smokey has been neutered, vaccinated, treated with flea preventative and is FIV/FELV negative.
