Asturias and her two sisters were found in a cardboard box in a dump but she is already learning to trust. She is friendly with both humans and dogs, and will jump for joy when you get home or give her a toy. She is equal parts active (she loves long walks) and cuddler. She will make an amazing addition to her forever family. Could that be yours?
How does Foster-To-Adopt work?
Are you looking to see how a dog fits into your life? Foster-To-Adopt is a great way to find out what having a dog entails. You have two-weeks to decide if Asturias is the right dog for you and your family.

Should you choose not to move forward with adoption, we simply ask that you continue to provide a safe and loving home until their new forever family can be found. Either way, you will have played an important role in Asturias’ happily ever after.

During your foster-to-adopt trial, you will receive the support of a Canine Haven mentor to help you through the transition and answer any questions or concerns you may have.

Foster-to-adopt families will be required to pay a $100 deposit and sign our foster-to-adopt waiver in advance. If you choose to adopt, this will be applied to your adoption fee. If you choose not to adopt, your $100 will be refunded provided you see your pup through to adoption.
