We have an adoption agreement and ask that you keep us informed of the dog's whereabouts if you move or relocate and also that you maintain updated contact information with our organization.
We ask for a tax deductible donation of between $250 - $500 to help us pay vet bills, rescue fees, boarding & transporting expenses.

Our dogs are located in Southwest Riverside County, California and in foster homes throughout Southern California. If you are interested in meeting a specific dog please e-mail us at apassionforpaws@gmail.com for an appointment to visit the Akita Ranch.
More about this rescue
We specialize in rescuing Akitas , both purebred and mixes and from time to time other large breed dogs from high kill shelters, provide medical assistance if needed, assess them and find homes. We are truly the last resort for many dog that would otherwise be put to sleep. This is a act of kindness for those in most need & out of love for the dogs.
