My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Thelma and Louise are a bonded pair of sisters and are ready for their new home. They are just under 2 years old and have both been mamas and will need a family that will have some patience while they settle in.

They were part of a group of 27 that came from just south of Mapleton, MN, and after everyone else was gone these two really cane into their own!

Thelma is a bit shyer but is wants attention. She will come close and purr like crazy when she is being petted, then realizes what it is and jumps down. She LOVES to chase a laser (ok is obsessed). And loves the CORE shreds as her soft food treat.

Louise is super sweet and will jump in your lap, fall asleep there and even flip on her back for belly rubs! She loves all toys but really rocks the feather toys and will carry them around proudly!! She loves ALL canned food for treats and also regular treats for that matter!

They get upset with most other cats they don't know because they started out fighting for survival. Even our cats can set them off so we keep them separated just to be sure.

But they love our sweet dogs and will groom them if the dogs let them. I also think small kids or ones who insist on chasing or grabbing would cause them to regress.

These two girls have stolen our hearts and we want nothing but the very best for them. So if you are ready for a bonded sister pair who will bring years of joy into your life these are the girls for you! They just need a little love and some time to adjust.
