Ruger is just the cutest boy. We pulled him from the Estill Co Shelter after he had been there for weeks and his time was running out. My best guess is that he is a hound/boxer mix. Ruger is a happy boy who would love to have a yard to run in! His leash manners are getting better and he seems to be good with other dogs. He seems a little too interested in the cats.
