Pip and Jezibell were confiscated from a hoarding situation in South Carolina. We believe they are mother and daughter. Both are afraid but want nothing more than to sit on a lap. They will follow you everywhere. They are good with other small dogs and calm big dogs. They are very attached to each other and will cry for each other if separated.
