Jax is still searching for a home!
He's been in rescue for 3 years.
Two and a half years of that was in boarding or in a bad rescue's shelter.
He desperately needs a home.
Home must be in NC or 4 hours from Goldsboro NC
Jax' first owner starved him, used a taser on him, burnt him with cigarettes, suspected of beating with a hose, and making him fight his sister. After the fight they turned them in to Animal Control.

Sileo for thunderstorm and firework sedation

Good with kids but house of over 12 only
Good with dogs but house the smaller female only
Great on leash
Non reactive to other dogs on walks
Thunderstorm/Fireworks:Terrified-pacing, panting, shaking
Cannot be touched when sleeping. No startling or touching in any form.
Sometimes gets carsick.

*Gets over excited and gets the zoomies. He'll be too much for young children. Plus he's got some rules that need followed.
*Loves to play but toys and food cannot be around. He's a severe resource guarder.
Gets more assertive with males which can go too far.
*He's not a fan of strangers, especially men, approaching/petting. Give him a few minutes to read the room.
