Please understand, I came from a very large hoarding situation. I am not socialized well with people. I am afraid of a lot of things. I need a home with somebody who is experienced with socializing scared dogs. If done properly, I will trust you. But please do not expect that I will come into your home and respond to love and attention. I do better if crated, left alone and allowed to come out of my shell over time..
I am a male terrier mix. I am about 4 years old and weigh about 23 pounds. I am neutered, heartworm negative, current on shots, microchipped and on flea/heartworm prevention. My adoption is $250.
I have never been around children and if frightened or grabbed at, I might bite. Additionally, I can be bossy and pushy with other dogs. This could escalate into a fight, so I would probably do best as an only dog. I also will need a privacy fenced in yard.

A New Beginning Pet Rescue, Inc. only accepts cash. We do not have the ability to accept credit or debit cards and we no longer accept checks. Our adoption events are held on Saturdays from 12-4 at the PetSmart in Altamonte Springs.
