Jim is a small terrier mix that is approximately 2 years old, he was also found along the side of a road as a stray and his owners never came for him at the shelter. He was extremely malnourished but is now on a pathway to health. He is up to date on his shots, neutered and heartworm negative. He is about a year old and is about 22lbs, he'll likely be between 25-30lbs when fully grown.
Jim is truly man's best friend, he loves his fosters and their other dogs & gets along well with their kids, he is house trained and crate trained. Jim's very good about alerting you that he needs to go outside to potty by sitting at the door.
Jim needs a very active owner as he has a lot of energy. He's looking for his new hooman to perhaps be a runner or an avid hiker & kayaker so he can be very active. Jim is the life of the party and would love to be with someone who will make him their world. He gets along with dogs of all sizes but would do best with a medium to large dog in the home because he does play like a big dog and sometimes the little dogs don't like that.
His adoption fee includes his vetting, neuter, microchip & 30 days of free pet insurance.
