Rufus is a handsome young short hair terrier weighing about 10 lbs. Somewhat on the shy side, this little guy has learned to walk on leash and enjoys the company of other dogs. While Rufus will need continued training, he does admirably well and surely has the “right stuff”. Like so many rescues, Rufus’ beginnings were less than ideal. Yet this boy absolutely looks to be loved. With the right guidance, Rufus will continue learning to receive love. His social skills are constantly improving, his trust in humans is growing daily. Rufus is such a tender and sweet boy to welcome into your home! If we haven’t already made it clear, Rufus’ ideal home could certainly include other dogs, because he is very social with no desire to be an alpha.
