Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Roy is an amazing Lab/Pit mix with a very sweet temperament. I acquired Roy in 2017 from Wagsworth Manor when his previous owner had him staying there temporarily until a new home could be found for him. Roy is 10 years old and will be turning 11 this year in December. Based on what his previous owner stated, Roy is rather nervous and anxious. He doesn't do well in car rides and while he doesn't vomit in my truck, he does pant heavily and paces back and forth.
I would love for his new home to be a very loving and patient home for him. While Roy does very well with kids and with cats, he does NOT like being in a home with another dog, so someone who doesn't have any other dogs currently would be great for him. He is fine outside of 4 walls with other dogs but not indoors when his "pack" happens to be there too. He becomes very territorial but not in an attack type of way. He is such a sweetheart and has a sweet disposition about him.
