Currently Lucy has an adoption pending application. Please check back. Lucy is a special dog. She needs a special master. Lucy is deaf (was born that way). She needs someone who will work with her to learn hand signals. She knows “come here” and “go” and “no.” She has a stubborn streak but can be very loving and sweet. She does not like to be crated and loves being around people all the time. She’s not a high energy dog and likes to sleep a lot.
