Betty is a 2-year-old Labrador retriever mix. She is super sweet, lovable, and affectionate. According to our transportation volunteer, “It was hard to get some good pictures since she was in my lap the entire ride to meet her fosters.” So yeah, she likes people.
Betty is enjoying life in her foster home which is providing her with a calm and quiet atmosphere. Last weekend she mastered using the doggie door! She flies right through like a pro now. She has been good with the other dogs in her foster home and she is observant of them which we think has helped her feel comfortable in her new surroundings. Betty's foster family confirms that she is very sweet and looooooveeesss affection. She has typical puppy/young behavior, but nothing destructive. Betty enjoys her meals and will let you know when it’s time to eat.
